Visit of “Voices in Harmony”

The well-known Midlands choir “Voices in Harmony” (formerly Sandwell Community Choir) will be presenting a concert in our church on 1st July at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5, either at the door, or to book in advance, phone 01938 850514.

Recording for Radio Wales

On 23rd May, BBC Radio Wales recorded two services from our church for the Sunday “Celebration” series. On Saturday 8th April we went walking again with friends. We met at the”Bog” craft centre near Stiperstones for coffee and cake then proceeded on. Torn Curtain, the musical

Roger Jones’ musical “Torn Curtain”, which includes a setting of Holy Communion, was sung on Palm Sunday evening by the church’s Jubilate Singers, and was much appreciated by a capacity congregation. (Watch this space for news of another Roger Jones musical later in the year!)

Spring fair
